| About Browsers and Screen Display | |
| Microsoft Internet Explorer | We optimize ticketplease for IE 3.0 or higher. |
| Netscape Navigator | You will need a plug-in for the Surround Video images on the virtual tours. Click here for download instructions.|
| AOL | |
| Other Browsers | To get the most from ticketplease you need a browser that supports frames and forms, JPEG images, Java and Javascript, and Surround Video. |
| Screen Size: Getting the Whole Picture | Ticketplease is designed for 800x600 screen displays.
It works well at higher resolutions, but at 640x480 you must hide the toolbar at the top of the screen in order to have enough room to show the maps.
On Internet Explorer, simply click the View-->Toolbar menu option. On Netscape Navigator, click the Options-->Show Toolbar menu item. |
| Image Quality: Getting Enough Color | Ticketplease is designed for displays showing thousands or millions of colors (16 or 24 bits). If the images look grainy and poor, your display is probably only showing 256 colors (8 bits) or less.
On Windows95, use the Start-->Settings-->Control Panel option; then choose Display-->Settings and set the Color Palette to High Color. For other systems, refer to the documentation or ask your system administrator. |
